In the ERP field, we provide consulting, implementation support, and development covering everything from requirements definition to custom development and business process improvement; implementation support for cloud ERP solutions such as NetSuite and Odoo, as well as Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion), including data integration with global sites and add-on development; and maintenance and operation services that include post-implementation inquiry handling, incident response, and support for user adoption. In the IT field, we offer solution SI (system integration), IT engineer staffing, and contract development, as well as business application and workflow development using the intra-mart low-code development platform and integration between core systems and a wide variety of business systems. Our strengths lie in building ERP systems tailored to actual business operations, supporting global expansion, and providing continuous support from implementation through operation.
Cloud ERP Solutions and Development Track Record
We offer three proprietary solutions. Rapid Implementation for NetSuite enables a short implementation period, averaging three to six months. Our Fully Automated Inventory Management Solution uses the scanning function of Android devices to reflect receiving, shipping, and inventory transfers in the system accurately and in real time. The CPC Import Cost Management function streamlines the management of import-related costs through estimated cost registration, approval workflows, automatic allocation, and automatic customs duty calculation.
Our cloud ERP module development track record includes a production management module supporting process management and cost accounting suited to Japanese manufacturing sites; automated payment reconciliation that imports Zengin data (deposit and payment data in the standard format of the Japanese Bankers Association) and automatically matches it against invoice data; and a bulk invoice download function that generates and outputs large volumes of invoice PDFs at once.
